I am a big fan of Austrian food, also of Vienna‘s most famous dish, the “Wiener Schnitzel” (= deep fried pork/veal cutlet). Although it sounds easy to make, it is still important to find a place where to eat the best Schnitzel. And what about Schweinsbraten, Fritattensuppe and Apfelstrudel?
